Introduction

Boom App is operated by Boom Share, a trade name of Albert D Matalon, LLC, a company registered in California, United States. By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

Accounts and Eligibility

Eligibility

• Users between 13-18 require parental consent
• Not intended for children under 13

Account Registration

• Reverse engineer the App
• Violate intellectual property rights

User Content and Ownership

Intellectual Property

• Boom App owns all App content except user-generated content
• Limited personal, non-transferable license granted to users

Payments and Subscriptions

• Fees are non-refundable
• Automatic renewal unless canceled

• Free trials available with limitations

Privacy and Data Protection

Termination of Use

• Users can delete account anytime
• Company can terminate for policy violations
• Some provisions survive account termination
